EVENT DETAILS: • The yoga flow is all levels and will begin at 5:40 p.m. , but please feel free to come when you can. All are welcome! • There is free parking on site and access to restrooms. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on, a water bottle, layers to stay comfy and warm, and any other supplies you may want to have (blocks, blanket, socks, etc.). • We will ask you to complete a waiver at the event via a QR code.
