The Iranian airstrikes come in the wake of stepped-up Israeli military operations in Lebanon against Hezbollah, a group backed by Iran for decades. Israel says it shot down most of the Iranian missiles.

With the first 2024 general election results coming in, the outcome of Proposition 33, which allows local governments to impose rent controls, is starting to take shape. Coming from a musical family, she’s also heavily influenced by many different styles including jazz, Motown, psychedelic rock, and alternative genres. When she isn’t writing, performing, or concert hopping Danielle works as a board-certified music therapist serving children with neurodevelopmental differences. Danielle received a scholarship to study vocal performance, songwriting, and music therapy at Berklee College of Music where she graduated cum laude in 2015. The Israeli military on Monday called on people in southern Lebanon to immediately evacuate homes and other buildings where Hezbollah stores weapons and said it was carrying out "extensive strikes."
