Topeka Clementine: Topeka Clementine, born from the vision of a solitary songwriter, has evolved into a collective of young musicians dedicated to crafting a hopeful future through music. Drawing inspiration from jazz standards and the resilience of Black American music, they weave a tapestry of sound that speaks to the complexities of the human experience. The Danish art collective is presenting their work across the ICA San Diego / North campus with their new exhibition, Beyond the End of the World.   • Get ready for an incredible night of salsa and bachata dancing, musica and fun at Queen Bee’s on Sunday, December 31st! Starting at 7:00 p.m., instructors Michael and Rosey will lead a lively salsa and bachata class of all skill levels. Following the classes, the floor will ignite at 8:00 p.m. with the main room devoted to electrifying salsa beats and the 2nd room coming alive with the sultry melodies of bachata and Latin hits. Renowned DJs, DJ Mambo and DJ Basic, will fill the building with salsa and bachata tunes throughout the thrilling night, setting the stage for Hector Rivera Y Su Orquesta to perform salsa classics and original compositions starting at 10:30 p.m. Drinks and food will be available to purchase throughout the night.
