Hatch Chile lovers are invited to experience the unique flavor of the prized peppers known for their hot yet sweet taste that adds a bold, smoky flair to any dish. This year, Gelson’s Kitchen will offer an array of ready-to-eat Hatch Chile infused dishes that cater to all heat preferences – from mild to hot to extra hot. Selections are available in-store and include Hatch Chile Super Lump Crab Cakes, Hatch Egg Salad, Hatch Chile/Grilled Corn/Heirloom Tomato Salad, Hatch Mac & Cheese, Hatch Chicken Sausage Onions and Peppers, Hatch Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla, and Hatch Chile Turkey Meatballs. Customers can place orders for the Hatch Chiles online starting July 22. Chile orders must be placed before 4pm on the Wednesday prior to the weekend of pick up.
