Shapeshifting, absurdist, rooted, and prescient, Los Pirañas are a transmission from the outer zones. Their journey began as high school friends in Bogotá, driven by a love of riffs, heavy beats, and raw guitar noise. Decades later, with international acclaim and projects spanning continents, they reunite to channel that youthful energy through the prism of mastery and time. Spacehall Sound Machine is a psychedelic dance band based in San Diego, CA. Their sound is a combination of explosive rhythms from West Africa & Latin America, dub, driving post-punk bass lines, psychedelic rock, funk breakbeats, and haunting melodies from the Middle East.
