  • Connect to Your Emotions to Manifest the Life of Your Dreams. Manifestation is buzzing in wellness circles and all over social media. Many of us strive to live a purposeful life filled with joy and maybe some cool stuff, but what's the secret sauce? Our Day Retreat is designed to guide you to find a deeper connection with yourself. You will be supported by incredible facilitators. We will open the day with an introductory talk by Atarah Valentine, an expert in Emotional Resilience, Hypnotherapist, and Mindset Coach. Next, an icebreaker exercise led by Liana Blackburn, the creator of Body Language, will warm everyone up. Following that, Rita Olivera, a sacred musician and cacao ceremonialist, will facilitate a cacao circle and a vocal toning exercise to help us open up our voices. Thought leader Atarah will then guide us on a journey of self-understanding and emotional resilience, sharing wisdom, practices, and tools to connect with our feelings. To deepen Atarah’s teachings, James Hyman will lead a practice involving breathing exercises to access deep levels of consciousness. This will be followed by a calming sound healing session with Cibele and Rita, accompanied by hypnosis guidance with Atarah to set new programming into your subconscious mind! Liana will then support integration through an embodied movement practice that will bring you to your full aliveness. At sunset, indulge in a delicious farm-to-table meal crafted by Chef Lavender. We are looking forward to sharing this experience with you and fostering a community grounded in these transformative practices.
