Brooks Theater The Soroptimist International Oceanside-Carlsbad will be collaborating with the Oceanside International Film Festival on their annual Women’s Film Festival. The Fundraising event will be held at the Brooks Theater. These impactful women themed shorts are produced and directed by women and selected by the award winning organizers of the Oceanside film Festival.
