Let's face it, documenting our wishes isn't something that most people look forward to which is why gathering with like-minded people makes this unpleasant task much more appealing! Here's the workshop flow: 4 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. - Welcome & introductions. 4:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Topic talk - a short discussion about the 2 monthly topics and overview of the worksheets. 4:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. - Complete the end-of-life decision worksheets (provided) and add them to your binder. 5 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Group discussion.
