  • Breath, Movement and The Aura Workshop There is a majestic yet mysterious power that is the divine motion of evolution. This spiritual energy is the activity of spirit, and we are all participating in its great cosmic dance. This sacred power goes by the ancient name of Fohat. It is Fohat that stirs souls into action. We embody Fohat according to our ability to be creatively active. In this dynamic time as humanity is being given unprecedented opportunity to unfold its spiritual potential, we are called to greater action: spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. Complementing divine movement is the metaphysical qualities of breath. We breath to stay alive, yet there is a holy breath that permeates the universe. It is through the holy breath that all the divine rhythms of life are generated. Through breath and movement, you integrate and engage the energies of your auric field into greater creative expression. Celebrating the 25th anniversary edition of the international bestseller Change Your Aura, Change Your Life this ground-breaking workshop, led by Dimitri Moraitis, will explore meditations, breathing and movement exercises that enhance your auric field and help you to more deeply embody the attributes of the Divine Light. When you live in harmony with the holy breath and Fohat, all aspects of life—physical, mental and spiritual—flow in greater divine rhythm and you are more motivated and productive. Discover: - How your aura is the energetic blueprint of your soul, and how through the power of your aura you manifest everything. - Movements that enhance the aura and movements that can disturb the auric power. - The auric perspective on spiritual movement practices such as hatha yoga, Qi Gong, and Paneurhythmy. - The essential role that your emotions play in harnessing the power of Fohat and motion. - Understanding the dynamics of your spiritual unfoldment. - Please note: Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to do simple, gentle physical movements.
