Learn to make a classic Thai curry that rivals your favorite neighborhood takeaway spot! In this fun and hands-on class, you will learn how to master the tips and tricks of creating one of the most delicious and aromatic Thai dishes: Panang Curry. The Chef will walk you through creating this curry known for it's rich flavors of coconut, ginger and array of wonderful spices, all tied together in a tomato-based sauce with tender pieces of chicken. You will also learn how to make a refreshing Thai cucumber salad as an appetizer, garnished with chopped peanuts and cilantro. From chopping and slicing, to simmering and seasoning, then finally plating and indulging, this is an ultimate culinary experience that will transport you to a bustling and vibrant street of Thailand. Once you have finished creating your masterpieces, everyone will be able to enjoy this decadent dish with their new foodie friends. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Please notify us of any dietary accommodations by emailing hello@cocusocial.com with at least 48 hours advance notice.
