One class I heard this favorite phrase was Criminal Procedure, where the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment's interpretation in cases like Terry v. Ohio (the & ldquo;stop and frisk & rdquo; case), and Miranda v. Arizona (the right not to incriminate oneself after the police begin questioning), give character and structure to black-letter Constitutional law.

My answer to those questions is basically no, I'm not. Who wants to think of themselves as a weirdo, after all? But it did get me thinking about what I'd seen on Super Tuesday. The number of women voting Democratic at my precinct was overwhelmingly high compared to women voting Republican, as were the number of Latinos and Latinas voting Democratic.

Don't screw it up! & rdquo; she screamed at me while rifling through the stack of multi-colored, three-ring-binders filled with names, addresses, political affiliations, and just as many omissions. & ldquo;She's just old, & rdquo; I told myself, as I tried self righteously to defend my unintentional mistakes, and to reassure her I could not single-handedly ruin the primaries.
