Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has an ambitious plan to perform major surgery on California health care. He's calling for mandatory health care coverage for every Californian. To cover the cost, he is asking employers and the health care industry to share the financial burden. 

The cost of health care is the number one problem in the nation, and those costs are increasing every day, according to recent surveys. So how can such an expensive commodity be mandated and how can it be paid for?


Full Focus talks to a business owner and a healthcare provider what they think of the governor's plan and if it is possible to find common ground.
