Jerry Sanders, Carl Demaio and Jan Goldsmith seemed to be the big local winners in the June 3 primary election. What changes are on the horizon for the San Diego City Council? How will Mayor Sanders approach his second term in office?

Also, voters were split on the two eminent domain propositions on the statewide ballot, with 98 failing and 99 passing. How might the city council change development practices, and the role of CCDC once the new legislative term begins?
