The film has been called "The Rocky Horror" for a new generation. The story is set in the future when people are obsessed and even addicted to surgery. But if you purchase a new organ and find you can't quite pay for it, a repo man will be sent out to collect the item. If that sounds familiar it is. The recent "Repo Men" had the same underlying plot but used the premise for a different purpose. And it didn't have Paris Hilton.
