Home Post Blog: Camp Pendleton Marine Sgt. Gary Stein is the founder of a Facebook group called the Armed Forces Tea Party. Stein writes on his personal Facebook page of his belief that the troops should be allowed to express their political opinions:
"He believes our Armed Forces place their life on the line for political agendas every day and the thought that they should have no opinion about the political world is absurd."
But now Stein’s own political agenda may have gotten him into some hot water. He recently wrote on Facebook that he would not follow the orders of his commander-in-chief, President Barack Obama. (read more)

No. Obama is his Commnder-in-Chief. Out in the civilian world, he can say anything he wants.

As a veteran myself, the military explains in detail our rights in the military, and they do change drastically.
1) We do not have the right to voice our opinion in regard to how our civilian leaders perform in office.
This guy knew this and spoke out because he doesn't like it. No excuses! He should be disciplined pure and simple.
