Daily Habits Contribute to Chronic Pain
Tom Fudge : Most adults suffer from some degree of back pain. And painful backs, necks, muscles and joints may be the most common chronic health problem in America. That’s the bad news. The good news is that we can prevent a lot of these problems with proper exercise and good posture. The bad news is a lot of us don’t exercise properly. And our daily lives encourage the use of bad posture.
