Host Gloria Penner talks about the beautiful and the ugly of Orchids and Onions is Michael Stepner, former San Diego City architect and planner who’s been with “O and O” since its beginning, and Jonathan Segal, a San Diego architect who’s been on the receiving end of two Orchids and one bunch of Onions.
