Last week, the 4th District Court of Appeals upheld as constitutional the voter-approved City of San Diego ballot measure to transfer land under the Mt. Soledad Cross to the federal government. Also last week, a federal judge refused to dismiss the city from a lawsuit challenging the transfer of the cross to the federal government.
