The holidays are here, for many, it's all about the food. We speak with Chef Bernard Guillas from the Marine Room Restaurant to get holiday cooking tips.

Tom Fudge: The holidays are a time for cooking, even if you don’t think you have time to cook during a typical workweek. Next week, a lot of you won’t have any excuse to stay out of the kitchen. This is also a time to carry on family traditions through food.
