More Indictments Come Down in Cunningham Case

New indictments stemming from the Cunningham investigation come just days before U.S. Attorney Carol Lam leaves the San Diego office. Reporter Amita Sharma talks about the latest developments.

A former top CIA official and a defense contractor are being charged in connection with the bribery scandal that landed former Congressman Randy Duke Cunningham in federal prison. Today, outgoing U.S. Attorney Carol Lam announced indictments against the former number three man at the CIA, Kyle "Dusty" Foggo and Poway defense contractor Brent Wilkes. The two men were charged with conspiracy and fraud. Wilkes was also charged with paying bribes to former Congressman Randy Duke Cunningham.
