Political Update on U.S. Attorneys and the Presidential Primary

California will move its 2008 presidential primary to Feb. 5, with the hopes of giving the country's most populous state more political muscle in determining the nominee for president. On the national front, more information is revealed about the decision by the Justice Department to fire eight U.S. Attorneys. And the battle between the White House and Congress over who did what when, may end in a constitutional showdown at the Supreme Court.
