It's spring break for Congress at a time when political battles in Washington over the Iraq war, presidential power and immigration are intensifying. Tonight, we'll find out where 50th Congressional

Brian Bilbray was elected to Congress less than a year ago, and what a year it's been. The Republicans were in power when Bilbray took office, but the tide turned for the Democrats with the November elections. Ever since, Congress has been clashing with the president. Showdowns are looming over the Iraq war, immigration reform, and the investigation into the U.S. attorney firings.
