Father Joe says he and the homeless population in East Village aren't going anywhere. The area is being redeveloped, making room for new condos and trendy restaurants. Father Joe says he's building two new “trendy” towers to house the homeless. He owns three city blocks in east village and is joining the developers at their own game.
