'Forever Tango' Comes to the Spreckles Theater This Weekend

Tom Fudge: Forever Tango is a show that has been a hit in New York and San Francisco. And this weekend it comes to San Diego. The show displays the spirit and the story of tango that has its origins in the 19th century brothels of Argentina.

Forever Tango is the creation of Luis Bravo who is also the show's director. Prior to Forever Tango , Bravo made his reputation as a concert cellist. He joins me now in studio to talk about the show that features the dance that's become very much a symbol of Argentine life.

Forever Tango takes place this Fri. Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. at Spreckels Theater .
