Tom Fudge: This morning, KPBS learned that another suspected illegal immigrant smuggling boat has washed ashore in Del Mar. KPBS border reporter Amy Isackson bore witness to the latest in a series of illegal immigrant vessels that have landed on San Diego County shores. In the boat, officials found life jackets and coke bottles labeled in Spanish.

The fact of illegal immigrants fleeing to the U.S. by sea seems to be a new development.
