Speaking of Faith Host Gives Advice for Talking About Religion
Tom Fudge : The Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life has come out with a very interesting study of the religious lives of Americans. The study indicates that religious affiliations in America are in a quick and constant state of change. If you count changes from one Protestant denomination to the next, more than 40% of those polled say they've changed their religious affiliation since childhood. Furthermore, a fast-growing group of Americans describe themselves as religiously unaffiliated. To a lot of people, that means their religion is ‘nothing in particular,’ but it doesn't mean they’re atheist or agnostic. Confusing? I agree.
