Sempra Energy Builds a Controversial LNG Plant

Tom Fudge: San Diego based Sempra Energy has made a huge investment in a facility on the Baja California coast. It's a plant that receives liquid natural gas in shipments from Asia. The natural gas is meant to be used in the American market. But some environmentalists have some major concerns about the quality of this natural gas.
