County Updates General Plan for the Future, Calls for Less Growth

Are you concerned about growth in San Diego County? If so, you might want to check out the first draft of the County's General Plan Update, which was released last Friday. Host Alison St. John speak

Alison St. John: There's so much happening right now these days that it's difficult to look ahead. But the County of San Diego is looking ahead, way ahead, with an update to their General Plan.

The General Plan is like a blueprint for growth in the areas the County is responsible for, which are the areas that are not governed by one of San Diego's 18 cities. In other words, the backcountry.
