San Diego Physician Pens Medical Thriller

Kelly Parsons, M.D., MHS, associate professor of surgery, UC San Diego School of Medicine, author of "Doing Harm"

You'd think being a practicing doctor and a teacher would take up too much of your time to write a well-received first novel. But apparently San Diego doctor Kelly Parsons somehow found the time. His novel is a medical thriller that's been praised by author Steven King and optioned for a motion picture.
