Today the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. is being honored across the country. Here in San Diego hundreds gathered for the 31st All Peoples Celebration held by Alliance San Diego.

The event is happening at Balboa Park Activity Center. This year's theme is MOVE.

Immigrant youth leader Greisa Martinez Rosas is giving the keynote speech. She joins Midday Edition to talk about where the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. moves from here.
