The television program "Project Runway" is dedicating an entire episode to four female veterans of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.
According to the Blue Star Families website:
Designers will be paired with female veterans from different military branches and will battle it out to see who can create a design that best suits each veteran for the special events they are attending.
The episode airs on Thursday, January 3rd at 9 p.m. and includes special guest judge (and former Mrs. Tom Cruise) Katie Holmes. I guess her connection to the military is that she was married to Maverick...?
