San Diego Gas Prices Fall Again

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County decreased today for the 25th time in 26 days, falling eight-tenths of a cent to $4.202, its lowest amount since Feb. 23.

The average price is 3.7 cents less than one week ago, 14.6 cents lower than one month ago and two-tenths of a cent below what it was one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price decreased for 19 consecutive days, rose one-tenth of a cent on Tuesday, then resumed dropping Wednesday. It has fallen 14 cents over the past 26 days, including two-tenths of a cent on Sunday.
