Bush Turns to Diplomacy to Bring Security to Iraq

Hoping to stabilize the security situation in Iraq, President Bush is turning to diplomacy.

Last wee, Mr. Bush met with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki in Jordan, and the White House has confirmed that he will meet this week with Iraq's most influential Shiite leader, Abdul-Aziz al-Hakim.

Bush also plans to meet with Tareq al-Hashemi, a Sunni leader, in February.
