China's ruling Communist Party is set to meet Monday in Beijing for the People's Congress, an event that occurs once every five years. The meeting generally reveals hints of future changes in policies and leaders. A final five-year term for President Hu Jintao is likely to be approved. It's also possible that the gathering will provide clues about his possible successor.
