'Time' Names Vladimir Putin Man of the Year

President Bush may have famously looked into his soul, but readers of Time magazine will get a chance to stare into his cool, impassive eyes this week. Time has named Russian President Vladimir Putin as its "person of the year" for 2007. Managing editor Richard Stengel talks with Melissa Block about the magazine's pick.
