Deal Rejected, Gandhi's Possessions Up For Auction

Five items that once belonged to Mohandas K. Gandhi are scheduled to be auctioned in New York on Thursday afternoon. The Indian government has rejected a proposal by the owner of the items which would have canceled the auction.
