There’s no question climate change is happening but now a new report suggests states that voted for President Donald Trump may be hit hardest economically by global warming.
The report was conducted by The Brookings Institution and UC San Diego.
David Victor who contributed to this study is a researcher at UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy.
He joins Midday Edition Monday to discuss the findings and what they mean for the future of U.S. policy on climate change.
