According to an Associated Press report, President Barack Obama's Afghanistan war strategy, which he'll share with the nation tomorrow, will offer no dramatic changes but will address the importance of Pakistan squeezing the Taliban-led insurgency on both sides of the rugged border and will point to safe havens in Pakistan's North Waziristan area as a weak link.
According to AP, Adm. Mike Mullen, the nation's top military officer, has had discussions with Pakistan's powerful Army chief and others about routing militants on the border with Afghanistan. But AP reports that Obama's report tomorrow will suggest that Pakistan sometimes still turns a blind eye to Taliban sanctuaries. This week, Mullen told reporters:
