Blogger Ellen Kozel, a veteran and president of Vets Do Ask Do Tell, Inc., whose mission is to bring awareness to and educate gay and lesbian veterans of Veterans Administration (VA) programs that are targeted to their specific needs, says that even though 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' has been repealed, it doesn't mean the stigma, or problems for gay and lesbian troops and veterans, will go away over night.
