The mother of a 2-year-old boy and 10-month old girl injured in a fatal car crash this morning is returning home to San Diego to be with her children. Debbie Harvey, the toddlers’ grandmother, told NBC San Diego that their mom is in the Air Force and deployed in Turkey, and is being given leave to see her injured children. (Read more)
