This is a mystery that someone in the military could help solve. An unknown driver in a blue pick-up truck dumped the body of a small boy in rural Maine over the weekend, and law enforcement officials have no clue as to the identity of the child. The driver dumped the little boy's body in a remote, wooded area near Maine's border with New Hampshire. Because there are no missing children reported in either state that match the boy's description, authorities believe his parent or parents could be in the military.

Reuters reports that the Naval Criminal Investigative Service is now on the case because of the alleged military connection:

The little boy is believed to be between the ages of 4 and 6. The Boston Herald covered a news conference today on the case, where Maine State Police Lt. Brian McDonough described the boy as well cared for before his "highly suspicious" death:
