Today Marine Sgt. Dakota Meyer became only the third living recipient of the Medal of Honor awarded to a servicemember who fought in Iraq or Afghanistan. He was the first Marine, according to Reuters. President Barack Obama awarded Meyer the Medal of Honor this afternoon at a White House ceremony.
