In an effort to make it easier for veterans to show they've served in the military without carrying around discharge papers, a handful of states are pushing to add military service as part of the information on driver's licenses.
USA Today reports more than 14 states - like Texas, Florida, and Massachusetts - already have the military driver's licenses. This year, ten states are pushing legislation to get them. California isn't one of those states.
