Bush Orders Leaked Intel Report Declassified

At a joint press conference with Afghan President Hamid Karzai, President Bush suggested a secret report, concluding that the U.S. occupation of Iraq increased the terrorist threat to Americans, was leaked for political purposes ahead of the midterm elections.

The president vowed to release a redacted version of the National Intelligence Estimate to "stop all the speculation."
