Durham, N.C., District Attorney Mike Nifong appeared before the state bar on ethics charges Friday. His conduct in the pursuit of several Duke University lacrosse players is being questioned.
The three young men were accused of attacking a woman hired to dance at a party. But earlier this week all charges were dropped against the men. Nifong has also apologized to the players.
