Congress to Deliver War-Funds Bill to Bush

Congress sends President Bush its $124.2-billion war-funding bill Tuesday, ignoring his veto threat.

The timing is significant. Congress delivers the bill on the fourth anniversary of the president's now-infamous "mission accomplished" pronouncement.

The bill calls for troops to begin pulling out of Iraq by October.
