The Los Angeles Police Commission issues a report on its investigation of alleged police misconduct during the May 1 MacArthur Park pro-immigration rally and march.
Members of the media and rally participants were clubbed and shot with rubber bullets as an LAPD riot squad cleared the park following a skirmish with a small group of demonstrators.
