Will Nominees Emerge from Super Tuesday?

Next stop on the road to the White House: Super Tuesday, when 24 states hold caucuses or primaries and each party's nominee will be chosen. Or will they?

On the Republican side, the nominee is likely to be determined by the Feb. 5 vote, but not necessarily on the Democratic side, says Charlie Cook, editor and publisher of the Cook Political Report.
