La Jolla Community Center is offering a new 60-minute Strength and Balance class focused on upper body, lower body and core exercises--all centered around balance, posture and flexibility. Modifications and challenges will be provided for each exercise so the class fits all fitness levels. Andrea Ogden, a clinical kinesiologist with Reneu Health is the instructor. Classes will be held every Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 p.m. This class is free for members and $8 for non-members.
