On Thursday, October 31, Halloween, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Mission Valley, the open-air shopping center, invites children and their families to visit participating stores to collect Halloween candy (while supplies last). Each participating store will be marked so families know where to go. The Trick-or-Treat event is free of charge with no pre-registration required.
